I've been changing my relationship with my partner - and with myself for over three years now. I confronted my old resurfacing behaviours that were adding to resentment, anger and lack of fulfilment in our union. And it wasn't because I read a communication book, had a better s*x life or discovered my love language.

It was a series of unconventional steps I took, then kept doing them and replicating them with my clients (that's why my methods are not widely used by other relationship gurus - but more on that, later).
